I'm still planning to do the Monday a.m. Donut Ride, if you're looking for a reason to get on your bike on Monday, assuming lightning has struck you down first. The ride organizer reports there may even be a 3rd donut shop stop.... Given the route (and my plan to ride *to* the start) I'm fairly certain we'll burn off at least as many calories as we consume.

I think we might get in trouble for talking about donuts in this thread!

I think Monday is a no go. I've got a 7am conf call that day. I may not have to call in but I also may not know until the last minute (problem child customers). We wouldn't be done that early, would we?

The guy doing the ride has to be to work in Hillsboro by 7am. So, yeah, we'd be done by then.... I'm evil, aren't I?

Heh heh, *I* didn't say there was anything wrong with donuts.

Assuming you can do the activity to burn them off. Ack.

    204.4 Up .4 lbs.

Very depressing. I've been food journaling, exercising, saying "no" to the soft pretzels and potato chips. Eating lots of veggies . . . . Sigh. I've even gained back all the inches I lost.

This is what lousy eating & not exercising enough will do!
This coming week HAS to be better (fingers crossed!)
