Actually, I was at a low of 126.5 on Wednesday morning (pre-wednesday nite sushi), but I was definitely de-hydrated. After well-hydrating for the past two days, I'm back to a more reasonable number. It was fun seeing 126.5 on the scale, but it wasn't a healthy 126.5. I'll get there for real one of these days. Unless I keep eating so much sushi....

Heh, the morning after sushi, I was 169. Let's hope I see a similiar (or better) number tomorrow morning when I weigh-in!

The gods are working against me in terms of biking though. First a flat on my brand new tube (pin hole), then getting stuck late at work, then having to take my husband to the ER and only getting 3 hours of sleep... I swear, my luck is rotten these days! I'll probably get all set to ride tomorrow and then get hit by lightening in my driveway or something.

First day of vacation - I'm spending way too much time on the computer.

Nothning life-threatening. Just stupid testosterone, actually.

My H sliced his finger open yesterday afternoon but it took until 10 pm last night before I could convince him that he needed stitches. He was still bleeding so profusely that he couldn't drive. Lucky me!

And he's in a jolly mood (not!) because yesterday was his first day of 5 days off in a row to finish painting our house and building our wood shed...none of which he's allowed to do now. Ugh.

Saw your tweet about the emergency room. Hope Rick is OK!!

I'm still planning to do the Monday a.m. Donut Ride, if you're looking for a reason to get on your bike on Monday, assuming lightning hasn't struck you down first. The ride organizer reports there may even be a 3rd donut shop stop.... Given the route (and my plan to ride *to* the start) I'm fairly certain we'll burn off at least as many calories as we consume.

Congrats! That must feel great. Sounds like you are doing really well so soon after your son's birth. That baby weight will be gone in no time! (Just try to avoid the donuts....)

I think we might get in trouble for talking about donuts in this thread!

I think Monday is a no go. I've got a 7am conf call that day. I may not have to call in but I also may not know until the last minute (problem child customers). We wouldn't be done that early, would we?
