He suffers from separation anxiety. They have to take him everywhere with them or he will destroy the house and eat underwear all day (seriously). He goes to work with them tooHe really is a good dog, he just has some hang-ups.

Cody did that once right after we moved into our house. DH had gone out the bedroom window to fix some rain gutters. All of sudden, he hears "scccccccccrrrrrrrrrritch" as the dog's nails slide along the shingles of the porch roof. He turns around, and there's Cody, hanging on for dear life!
I still have no idea what posessed him to follow DH out a window!
