Cadence and Swimming

Thank you - because my swimp3 player is not an ipod I haven't used the itunes site...never occurred to me. Do you use it for swimming or running? Just curious. I don't hear of a lot of people wanting to use it for swimming but it makes a lot of sense to me. I appreciate you help



I just checked it out - looks great and it is also available on amazon. Only issue is it doesn't go down to 40-50 bpm for swimming. I will experiment with the higher ones - maybe I can make it work.
