I bought the Salsa Shaft seat post for my LHT. With my new Brooks saddle, I was not able to fine tune the tilt with the seat post that came with my LHT. I would buy the longest size and then cut down if necessary. Since I don't have much of the seat post showing, I purchased the shortest one and still needed to cut it down to a smaller length. (I used my bandsaw to cut it.)

It works very well and it is easy to adjust. I bought mine online and it was 20% off of retail price. I would recommend it.
