I've been toiling over this a bit, because in the U.S. we tend to lean toward the small breakfast, medium lunch and biiiig dinner. The school year is over and I won't teach again until the end of August (huzzah!) so I could do big lunches and smaller dinners.
What do you guys do? Are you big dinner folks? What have you read about meal sizes?
I'm sure this all depends on the day's activity. I can't help but think that at the end of the day after being busy that you probably don't need too much food unless you've been riding hard and long or doing something else strenuous.
Thoughts?
Today I did stair sprints for a half hour, I had a small breakfast of eggwhites, a peach, a glass of milk and an avocado (random, I know!), a lovely filling lunch of that carmelized catfish with ginger and chili that someone recommended! For dinner I was thinking a couple of multigrain banana pancakes with a talllll glass of buttermilk.
