Yesterday at our office picnic...
One of the supervisors in the office - who can be a jerk at times until the subject of sharing his hunting and fishing bounty comes up - grilled the following:
* tuna steaks
* redfish and wahoo filets - don't ask me what a wahoo is, it's a Gulf fish that's all I know
* venison kabobs (marinated venison, onions, bell peppers, cherry tomatoes)
* venison sausage
* shrimp wrapped in turkey bacon appetizers
All was done perfectly. He was a happy man. Nothing domesticated on the grill.
And he brought his gas grill set-up from home, there were none in the park.
If I move from this part of the country I will miss the fine cooking of Cajun men.
