    129.5.

I've been 129 +/-0.5lbs every day since meeting my WW goal. I'm actually very happy with this. It's means my WW maintenance points are appropriate for my level of activity and current weight.

I've dropped another jeans size, so I think I continue to get a little less fat and a little more muscular as time passes.

141.5. Down one more pound. Although I can't help feeling impatient, this is going in the right direction .

150 for me. I seem to go up and down. Can't drop below that 150 mark though.

    141. Stayed the same, but something is happening. Dropped from a size 10 to a size 8. I've lost an inch on my waist, hips and chest. So, I'm happy I'm not gaining and super happy to be a size smaller!

Forgot to weigh in! I'll go with the Thursday weight and catch up next weekend for sure: 166.0

Up a bit, but this has been one heckuva couple weeks... and that time of the month. Hoping for a better week next week.

Third Friday in a row with a weigh-in of 164.

12" of rain between Fridays killed a full week of riding and I didn't reduce calories enough. My dad was here this past week and he is supposed to be gaining weight so I guess I am just glad that 50 miles of riding and 3 nights of yoga kept me from gaining too. I fed my Daddy really well last week!

Does anyone else here do any weight training? And if you do it, do you usually pair it with a significant (30 min plus) of aerobic exercise?

I work out three days a week with a personal trainer. Monday is leg day and if I do any aerobic activity, it's in the morning. My weight training is focusing on building muscle endurance so I don't want my legs tired before the session. Wed. is upper body and I usually run to the gym. It's a 4 mile route. My husband picks me up after training. Thursday is plyometrics and boxing day. I have run to the gym before this, but boy am I dead after.
