FS: Blue Cx6.5 cyclocross bike! PRICE REDUCED

I'm selling a FANTASTIC bike. WAS $1200! Now...this weekend only, $1000 to locals in SE Michigan! Can even pay with credit card!

    PIC! http://home.comcast.net/~phtt/pics/bluecx65.jpg

This is the 2008 Blue Cx6.5 cyclocross bike. MSRP was around $2500....but the bike has numerous upgrades over the stock bike. This bike is extremely versatile....great commuter, could do light touring, capable of weathering rain and snow, can handle smooth off-road single track! Put some slick tires and it's fit for fast road riding, and of course it is ideal for cyclocoss racing!

Biks is nearly flawless. Literally, there might be one or two pinhead sized nicks in the paint. But basically looks new. I never really got into cyclocross so the bike has less than 200 miles on it. The size is XS (49cm)...shoud fit most people between the height of 5'4" and 5'8" perfectly. Here's the current setup.

    Frame: Blue Cx6.5 aluminum frame
    Fork: Aerus CX carbon
    Headset: Cane Creek S-3
    Stem: Ritchie Pro 100mm
    Handlebar: Deda Newton shallow 42cm
    Seatpost: Thomson Matherpiece
    Saddle: Selle Italia SLR
    Seatpost collar: KCNC titanium/scandium
    Shiftes: Shimano Ultegra SL
    Front derailleur: Shimano Ultegra SL
    Rear derailleur: Shimano Ultegra SL
    Brakes: Shimano cantilever
    Crank: Shimano Ultegra SL 165mm
    Chainrings: FSA 46/36
    Pedals: Crankbrothers Eggbeater SL
    Cassette: Shimano Ultegra 12-27
    Wheels: Xero Lite XR-1
    Skewers: KCNC titanium

This bike is a very high caliber bike from top to bottom and race ready! And easily capable of any type of non-racing activites you ask of it!

You might want to try craigslist if you haven't already. I just sold a mountain bike on it. Listed Sat. night and had eight inquiries by this morning. The first gal to see it bought it. It was a lot less $$ than your bike, but I still bet you'd get some good interest with craigslist. I was pleasantly surprised!

    Good luck!

    Oooooo.... groan... grumble...

This is the last type of bike on my 'need to have list' for my stable.... and it's my size, and the geo fits me too! Nice looking, btw.

Holy bageebas... I really gotta learn to stay outta this section of the forum.

Just got a carbon roadie to replace my too big size roadie girl about a month ago. Or, otherwise...

    boo hoo .
