Fridays again.I wish it would stop raining around here, my bike and I are missing each other. And I don't do riding in the rain! This year was my first venture into riding in the cold weather, not yet ready to try rain.

I've been 129 +/-0.5lbs every day since meeting my WW goal. I'm actually very happy with this. It's means my WW maintenance points are appropriate for my level of activity and current weight.
I've dropped another jeans size, so I think I continue to get a little less fat and a little more muscular as time passes.
