    I thought for sure the 1.5 I lost after last Saturday's big ride was all fluid loss. But, I kept it off all week!

    146 again - my trainer did my body fat on Monday. I'm down to 21%. I want to get down to somewhere between 15 and 18%. That's somewhere between 6 and 11 more pounds.

    131.0 for me.

    BTW, when I went to give blood this week, they made me get on the scale to prove I weighed enough!
