FS: BH Connect carbon road bike

    To disable ads, please log-in.

This bike is being sold at a BARGAIN price!!!!! MSRP of $5500. And this bike has a couple upgrades over the stock $5500 build. Looking for $1800 or best offer!

    PIC: http://home.comcast.net/~phtt/pics/BHConnect.jpg

This is the BH Connect roadbike. Full carbon fibre frame and fork. The BH Connect is the frame used by the Vanderkitten womens racing team (with Liz Hatch) to win last years US Criterium Championships. And the Ag2R-La Mondiale pro mens team uses BH bikes on the pro tour, including the Tour de France!

    Review of the bike: http://www.roadbikeaction.com/fly.as...xid=66&cid=140

The size of this bike is called 52cm by the manufacturer...but fits more like a 48cm-50cm...fits perfectly for someone around 5'3" to 5'8". This is a fast bike...and is ready to race or go on fast group rides. Short rear stays makes for a very nimble, fast handling bike made for popular criterium races in the US...but the bike is very comfortable! I can easily ride centuries with little to no discomfort. Bike has less than 400 miles on it as I usually ride my other bike. Condition is very good!!!! Come check it out! If you're looking for a race ready bike or a bike that'll be with you from the start to the end of your fitness journey, look no further! Being sold at a steep discount, take advantage!

Hey I am interested in it, but I need to get my road bike sold first(which will hopefully be in a week or so). If you still have this then I will make an offer!

Nice looking bike, but that size has a funky geometry that is hard to get used to. Many improvements were made for 2009 by BH on the Connect, and Vanderkitten now rides Storck Absolutist 0.9... and is leading the USA CRITS again!!

Don't ask me how I know

    Thank you for your support!!!

    VK-
I can vouch the Storck bikes are seriously hot (!!) -- very light, love the white spokes & graphics, and yes! the VK ladies are ripping it up this year. Just so you know who I am, Charlotte Hart is usually my passenger seat copilot on drives to the races, who I've seen in the ER far too many times in the last three years, and is who I constantly and unsuccessfully try not to get dropped by on training rides. All the locals agree -- the Storcks are hard to beat, looks or otherwise. Hard to see hers cracked after her (latest) spill, though. Bites.
