    Having reached my WW goal, I am now on "maintenance" with WW. This moves my daily points from 18 to 21 (which adds 21 points per week total). Ironically, 21 points per day is where I started in November when I weighed 165 pounds. It really is amazing how I could lose weight at 21 points when I weighed 165, but be on maintenance at 21 points weighing 129.

    Less body mass requires fewer calories to maintain. I know that. But it's still vaguely depressing somehow.

    151 for me. I had yet again another cold most of this week which kicked my butt. I was not able to get in any exercise at all Oh well, I am feeling better and had the energy to go for a walk today and have plans to go biking with some friends tomorrow. Yahooo

    151.8 lb still. Been sick, ate cream biscuits for comfort and didn't exercise. At least I didn't put anything on.

    I need to report a 169 for me. Only gained one pound after vacation with my friends and took a week off of exercising. It could have been worse. So now back to the grind.
