Not sure if I was super, ultra bloated last week or what! But if someone wants to explain to me how I already dropped 7+, that'd be awesome, cause I'd do it all the time!! It might help that I'm back on my ADD meds which have a side affect of being an appetite suppressant.....

137 for me. I will reserve judgment as to whether this is real loss, water weigh fluctuation, &/or an unreliable scale. That said, today I'm just happy to see a lower number and hope it continues.

131.8 today-- I attribute the 2 pounds lost to switching to whole milk!!

129.5.
Having reached my WW goal, I am now on "maintenance" with WW. This moves my daily points from 18 to 21 (which adds 21 points per week total). Ironically, 21 points per day is where I started in November when I weighed 165 pounds. It really is amazing how I could lose weight at 21 points when I weighed 165, but be on maintenance at 21 points weighing 129.
Less body mass requires fewer calories to maintain. I know that. But it's still vaguely depressing somehow.![]()
151 for me. I had yet again another cold most of this week which kicked my butt. I was not able to get in any exercise at allOh well, I am feeling better and had the energy to go for a walk today and have plans to go biking with some friends tomorrow. Yahooo

151.8 lb still. Been sick, ate cream biscuits for comfort and didn't exercise. At least I didn't put anything on.
