Aw shucks, thank you guys! Like I keep saying, it is really easy for me to do this. And then as a scientist, I like to do things like graphs, charts, tables. You should see how many things in my life I chart and graph. Plus, you all inspire me. So it's a win-win!

Sorry I'm late to the party, but could I join in? I could use some motivation. I've had some stressful life stuff going on and have gained about 20 lbs in the past two years and I'm serious about trying to lose it.

    Starting from 143.5.

Ultimate goal is 115-120, although I expect it to take more than six weeks for me to get there. I think a sensible goal for this challenge is 130.

96.4kg again today. Not change from last week, but at least it didn't go up. Did good with the training, but not so good with the eating. Hope to do better this week despite it being super busy.

    Hello!

Well - this is my first official weigh-in post - wish it was better but down @ a half pound (my scale is really old - the kind where the line goes through the number & if you tip forward or backward you can make the line go to a higher number or down to a more pleasing lower number )

I have an injury that has stopped me from riding or running but it is healing & I'm hoping to get back on the road next week - that should help with the calorie burn.

    Thanks for doing the spreadsheet!!

    Weight - 141.5
    Goal - 130
