I would allow the photographers to come in and take their pictures. If you have good security, as you said, there will be no problem.
But - I am biasedbecause architectural photography is my hobby so I often call up people to ask for permission to take pictures of their homes...

I'd do it in a heartbeat (with the location protected...).
I think that this inspires a whole new generation of folks to do something similar.

There is a TE member here who does this for a living. I met her and her ex-surfing, now kite-surfing instructor hubby. She lives in Hawaii. Obviously she's seen knockout places in her line of work in that part of the world.
