Clogged toilet

Make sure you use a toilet plunger, not a sink plunger. The toilet one is red.

Since when is the color important? I know you like red (as do I), but my black toilet plunger works very well.

That's the one I have, and it's worked for me so far.

Maybe it doesn't matter for toilets? I know for tubs, the red ones don't work as well as the black ones. The black ones have that extra lip on the bottom, which get better suction.

I know when trying to unclog a tub with the red one, it didn't work, but they always work fine for the toilet.

Plus, it's red.

You're right! Actually, I wrote it the right way at first (black) then doubted myself, googled it, saw a pic of a toilet being plunged with a red one, and edited my post. I couldn't possibly be right, right?

Good thing I'm not a bomb defuser. We'd all be dead !
