I'm in the last 2 weeks of pregnancy, so I'll probably gain during this time. I've been eating a lot of junk food lately and I need to cut that out.
My initial goal is to do daily food journal to track what I'm eating. And no more chips and no more ice cream (I just can't control myself with those foods).
After I have the baby, I'll weigh myself and come up with some goals then![]()
