I did the Cap2Cap, too, but not the century. I did 51 miles from the Richmond start. It was great to have a ride start just a mile from my house...I rode to the ride.
It was quite hot and humid. I was not up for the 100 miles. I was real happy to see the beer truck at the end!

I had my weekly club road race on over 41km and came 2nd
and averaged 32.4km/hr which I was stoked about, nearlly 1km/hr faster then the last time I raced the same course and it didn't hurt nearlly as much!!
