It felt great. I didn't go very far or ride very hard, but a good 13 miles by the beach with a friend. I have been working too hard and have let ALL of my exercise be put on the back burner.BUT - as of today, I'm getting back out there. Yay me.

Great job, slmdunc!It's good to take time for yourself - both during and after the pregnancy. I think exercise helped calm the emotional and mental roller coaster of pregnancy for me. Just remember to listen to your body.
