As long as that "bang" isn't the sound of my rear tire exploding!
Thanks - it's going to be a great day! Half the staff is participating, and we're having a tailgate BBQ after we all finish, while waiting for the awards. Whole bunch of family and friends coming to participate and/or cheer for the staff. Should be a fun day!

I'm out this time ladies. I'm still losing, but with the whole engagement thing, I'm following too many boards and am OCD enough to try and keep up with them all. I'll let know know if I do something awesome though.

CONGRATULATIONS! Susan on reaching your goal and Veronica for dropping into a new decade. The two of you are an inspiration to all of us.

Way to go Susan. You are awesome...an inspiration.![]()
I wasn't going to do the challenge this time since I have yet to make any progress in the downward direction in the past. But Susan and Veronica's successes (well done, ladies!) have changed my mind. Thanks for the inspiration!
The last couple weeks have been more stressful than usual. That, coupled with being out of town for five days trying to eat the best of poor restaurant food and having no bike to ride, has me up at 139![]()

My goal is always 129 each challenge. I don't really see that happening in two months, but I hope to see some change for the good this time. I want to toss my scale, too.
Good luck to everyone.

I wasn't going to join either. I've gained and lost the same 5 pounds for the past year and can't seem to break through. But I'm feeling optimistic after reading the threads and ready to try again. Starting weight: 143. Goal weight: 139.
