I had a "finally" moment yesterday as well. I MADE MY WEIGHT WATCHERS GOAL!! Actually, I exceeded it.Today I am 129 pounds (WW goal was 130). I'm thrilled.
36 pounds ago, I had no idea what my body would look like at this weight, so I just picked 130 as a reasonable goal for my height. Now that I'm here, I think I'm going to make myself one final goal. 125 pounds by 6/28/2009, the day of the Pacific Crest Triathlon, 7 weeks from now. I hoping to lose the last 5-6 pounds of belly/thigh fat and gain a few pounds of muscle.
After that, I hope I have the strength to throw away my scale.
