UGH - 225 starting weight. I'm back to good habits, but weight is not budging.

    Goal: 215 (for 2 months).

251.8 for me. Actually managed to get my wedding ring off my finger yesterday! I'd thought I was going to have to cut it off, but now I guess I don't have to worry about it.:

Congrats Veronica! I know how hard you are working from following your HIM training thread. Great job!

I had a "finally" moment yesterday as well. I MADE MY WEIGHT WATCHERS GOAL!! Actually, I exceeded it. Today I am 129 pounds (WW goal was 130). I'm thrilled.

36 pounds ago, I had no idea what my body would look like at this weight, so I just picked 130 as a reasonable goal for my height. Now that I'm here, I think I'm going to make myself one final goal. 125 pounds by 6/28/2009, the day of the Pacific Crest Triathlon, 7 weeks from now. I hoping to lose the last 5-6 pounds of belly/thigh fat and gain a few pounds of muscle.

After that, I hope I have the strength to throw away my scale.

Susan, this totally made me smile. I hope you have the strength, too. If so, then I think you can truly say that you really have made a lifestyle change and not just completed a diet! Awesome!

My early meeting got cancelled today, so I was able to weigh in. My starting weight is 171.0 and for whatever reason, I'm feeling strangely optomistic about the next two months. Gotta love it!

I feel really positive today too. I think it's the rays of sunshine streaming across my desk. I'm sitting in this warm pool of light, and loving it!

After soooooo many months of cold and rain, the start of nice weather has me feeling very energetic. I'm hoping for this wonderful sunshine to continue on into tomorrow, for the 1st tri of the season. My swim heat starts 24 hours and 5 minutes from now! WooHoo!

Well I remembered to weigh in this morning...

    255.8

my goal weight is again 250. I think I did well only changing a little bit from last challenge. I have not exercised much this week due to the neurapathy. I was hurting so bad two days I had to break out the narcotics, which i hate to! At least I have them for relief and I guess I need to stop complaining!

OK folks, here is the link to the spreadsheet. Some names from last month are still on there. I'll take them off if I hear from folks that they aren't joining us this go around, or after the first couple of weeks if I don't hear anything from them. No worries! The people who've already said they are in for this 8 weeks are highlighted in column B.

Let me know if the link doesn't work.
