The driver needs to face more than just a ticket for failing to control her vehicle. You get that if you hit a shrub. She KILLED someone. Where's the reporter shoving a microphone in her face asking her if pretty nails are worth the price of someone's life? Methinks she needs several years behind bars, with a picture of the lady in her cell, so she can see who's life she took and ponder on that every day.
