So, I officially returned to work this week.

Check out what was awaiting me on my office door Monday morning!

It's really good to be back.

Even though I'm only doing half-days for starters, I was totally whupped Monday afternoon and took a really long nap after I got home.

But on Tuesday I felt considerably more energetic after my gruelling four hours , and my after-work nap was much shorter.

And Tuesday evening it occurred to me that I was beginning to feel more like "normal" (heh, be that as it may).

Looks like returning to the rat race is good for me.

Heh, that's mine It's hanging up on the arm of the light next to my monitor, alongside my collection of mardi gras necklaces and badges on neck cords from various old meetings.

Anyone happen to notice the artwork at the far end of my bulletin board, pinned directly above the faux orchid plant?

The piles of stuff just means they can't do it without you. Nice to have job security!!

I was looking around your office and wondered who that was in the picture. It looks like someone wearing sunglasses. My guess is that it is a cyclist. Probably from CSC. Perhaps Bobby J?
