But, more than likely, women are just trying to come up with excuses to keep their men happy. Men end up saying some stupid things sometimes and women get self conscious.

like my boyfriend telling me he loves the fact that I'm shaped like a drumstick. 'curvy' would have worked. Drumstick is HORRIBLE.

So maybe a guy made a wrong stupid comment and the panic spread?
