Way to go everyone! I have been following weight watchers since June 1 and have lost 25 lbs, and am hoping for 10 more. It sure is great not hauling that weight up the hills. On days I do not ride, I walk. I wouldn't be losing nearly that much without the exercise. The thing I miss the most is ice cream, which I believe is a major food group!

I am thinking about buying one of the Pilates floor exercise machines, not too expensive. Can anyone recommend a brand and/or model??
