I'm in agreement that it's probably women trying to get a cosmetic or "lifestyle" surgery covered by insurance that otherwise wouldn't be. Perhaps if they blame it on the bike it moves from "cosmetic" to "reconstructive". Most insurance will cover reconstructive surgery but not cosmetic surgery.
