yep, all good words here... I have learned to substitute my snack selection with fruit... need something to munch? eat an apple... I try to make sure I am taking in plenty of natural fiber... fruits, veggies, and beans
yeah, I'd rather have a Snickers but I sure like how my jeans hug my behind when I stick with the apples...
congrats on your loss... as a lifetime Weight Watcher I KNOW how hard it is to lose that weight!!! way to go...
