Way to go Mikki! There is nothing quite as motivating as seeing those numbers on the scale. I find it hard to believe something so fun can be so good for us! You are right, you're losing body fat and gaining muscle, that's why you are changing shape when the numbers aren't changing as much. If you get a body fat monitor scale, it's even more motivating. Plus, the more muscle you build, the more calories you will burn. Congratulations on losing those 28 pounds
