Hey Girls,

Another opportunity to hear Julia Violich (pro-racer) discuss biomechanical fit of the bike, nutrition, women's specific physiology and of course hands-on climbing, cornering, and descending skills.

ROAD CYCLING SKILLS CLINIC

Sunday September 25th
9:00 am – 12:00 noon

This event is limited to 25 women to allow individual attention during the instructional ride. Please RSVP to julia@lunachix.net if you would like to attend. This event is free but a Donation to the Breast Cancer Fund would be GREATLY APPRECIATED. As a thank you, we will have a goodie bag for participants who make a donation.

Wish I could go again! It was a great clinic and I highly recommend it. But you really need to have SadieKate behind you on the descents hollering counter-steering instructions to get the total experience.

Have fun guys! I'm singing in church again this Sunday so I can't make it.

Hah! I need me behind ME on the road also! I don't know why I can loosen up and fly on the dirt, but pavement . I'm working on it.
