YES!! I'm *always* more sore after yardwork than I am after running, riding or swimming. My last two Sunday afternoons have been spent shoveling dirt (we're putting in a walkway in front of our house) and believe you me - that's a workout! I was whipped by the end of the day.

I'm so proud of you all... I have decided to join weight watchers online. I'm really excited.... any hints for how to work this whole thing out?

Polly - there's an ongoing WW thread here. http://forums.teamestrogen.com/showthread.php?t=26972
Lots of good stuff there! Read through it, then post your questions. Everyone was very helpful on the thread when I joined WW last year.

I credit WW with keeping me on the straight and narrow. Some people chafe under the structure, but it works for me.

I'm reallly loving this WW thing online... I love the points.. not calories. I also like how you can put in recepies thus encouraging you to eat at home.

It has really caused me to take a step back and think more abou tidfferent options to be full...
