My best commute so far: Opening the season (late March) I rode 30 miles in to my job, worked a good day, rode halfway home with my friend having left my truck at the halfway mark, felt good, and kept going, leaving the truck in my dust. For a total of 60 odd miles.

I haven't felt that good since... I think it was a fluke.

Oh, and on my hills on that commute I was like, zoooooooooooooom!
I can do five more miles.

I can't tell you about my commute but I can tell you about my last spin class
I had been maxing out at 160bpm max heart rate, pumped it up to 170 last time.
It did not feel awesome but it is an improvement
