Actually no, I only ran across that survey and the STLBiking site when I got to wondering if there was anything to the idea that bike shops were more partial to men bikers because they were doing most of the bike shop business.

I didn't get the best treatment from a Trek dealer here in town, whether that was because I was a woman or because it was just the Trek dealer or what I don't know.

I prefer to think that God was directing me to the right bike shop and therefore made all my other bike shop experiences so-so to crummy.
