Hey everyone...

Thanks for the welcome! I generally haul my lard butt around Hallandale... I see tonnes of cyclists around- most look at me and snicker, methinks! That's ok- once I get going and get some training under my belt, I'll leave them in the dust....

I didn't want to mention my bike 'cos, well, it's not exactly high end. It's a Motobecane Mirage Sport- but hey, it's my first and I hope to get a lot of use out of it... Who am I kidding- I can't wait!
