Glad to hear you had a great ride malaholic! I never get tired of seeing Mt. Rainier and yesterday it was out in all it's beauty! My husband claims that he rides the TWBC rides (so he says) just for the strawberry shortcake they feed you at the end of your ride. And it was especially delicious yesterday! And I also agree with you on your point that strawberry shortcake be served at the end of all rides!
