emily i think of you all the time to find myself lucky. if something was meant to happen, this is not half as bad as what you went through and told my husband as much. i told him about your accident when it happened to you.
oh, and a huge congratulations on you 40 mile ride. that is absolutely wonderful.
i have one of those plastic pieces to put under my front tire to lift it. it has 3 different levels of height. but i just figure that first just to sit upright and pedal without holding on. i do that in my trainer workout just for a change of position. plus i do not plan on using much resistance.
lol....bouncy, i am getting faster and faster pecking along with one finger. forget yhe caps though. that will be stretching.
