They can't find they guy, and according to the officer, the evidence doesn't confirn that I was actually hit, so technically it's not a hit and run...I HATE feeling like a victim...

Sounds like you are okay and I'm thankful for that after seeing what you did to that fence! Sorry, about the rest, i.e. not being able to find the driver, being hit in the first place and all the hassles that go along with it!
