The Enell, or "last resort bra" is the be all and end all for DD and up IMO. It's 11 hooks and eyes, requires acrobatics to put on, and is momentarily painful, but is TOTALLY worth it!

I was a 36DDD and it held me flat as a pancake for jumping jacks and running. I still wear one for mountain biking and running. They're expensive, but can be found new on ebay for about half price!
