I just want to put it in perspective. As athletic women, many of us are leaner at a higher body weight than our less athletic counterparts. I once dieted down to 115 on WW too, but found that those last 20 lb were pure muscle and losing it really tanked my metabolism and put me in a place where all I could do was gain fat. So, this time around I let my body tell me what it wanted to weigh. I refuse to eat any less than required to stay at 140, and for me (I am 5 ft 4.5" ~22% bodyfat, size 4-6) its a very comfortable weight to maintain, and feels so much better than the 165-170 I had let myself balloon up to before.
