    PINK Club Jerseys are IN!!!

    To disable ads, please log-in.

After an organized ride last year, some club member commented that my friend and I ought to wear club jerseys. (They didn't know we were in the same club as them during the beginning of the ride). Well ... my friend and I are all about pink. The club jerseys are navy blue and neon yellow. I said, "Well, I'd wear one if they were ... pink." I meant it mostly as a joke, but he responds with, "Why don't we get some pink club jerseys?" My friend and I jumped up and down. "Pink club jerseys!? REALLY?!!" Well, it took a little bit of doing, because the board voted against the idea initially, but when they realized enough people would buy them to fulfill a minimum order, they decided to allow it.

This all started last October and today ... I GOT MY JERSEY!!! I'm so excited! The original "Team Pink", as we became known, consists of me and my two good friends that I ride with a lot. I was sad that they were not at the club ride today to sport their pink jerseys with me, but a newer friend, who has become a cycling buddy was there with her pink jersey, so I got a picture of the two of us.

Woo hoo for pink club jerseys!!!!

OK, I have to know, how exactly did you get such a teeny tiny jersey. (asking because I have a 1-yr old niece who would love one of our team jerseys)
You too can help me fight cancer, and get a lovely cookbook for your very own! My team's cookbook is for sale Click here to order. Proceeds go to our team's fundraising for the Philly Livestrong Challenge!

You know, I am not a pink fan but those are really nicely designed jerseys! I like them.

They look fabulous! And the teeny one is so cute!

I'm yet to own anything pink but I'm eyeing of a gorgeous PI limited edition pink/brown jersey on Team Estrogen:

The guy on the left is Hector.
We get the jersey thru Champ Systems. They make down in to toddler size (actually, I think that was they call a tech-t - Basically a t-shirt made out of jersey material)
Now, I'll have to get one

LOL! He seems to be disconnected somehow.

I love the color accents on your pink jersey. Very nice design!

Okay, I'm having photo loading malfunctions, so this as close of a close up as I can get without spending even more time on this. The company that made the jersey put it on their site as a sample jersey (cause they liked it, too!). I just sent an email to someone asking what the site is.

YES! It's adorable, isn't it? I didn't know you could get them that small either. Our club president's wife ordered it for her granddaughter. I assume there must have been something on the order form for something that small. I wouldn't know where you would buy a pre-made jersey that size, but I'd do a google search to see what you might find.

Ummm ... the guy on the RIGHT is Hector. I'm not sure I know the name of the guy on the left. Hector is actually the one I had the conversation with about getting pink jerseys last Fall.

I had meant to correct that
The guy on the right is Dan(I think). He's spoken for.
