I just bought a pair of jeans in the smallest size that I have ever fit into.

    !!!!!

I feel like running down the street waving my arms yelling yaaaaaaaaaaay.

And then I came this close to celebrating by having a cheeseburger for lunch.

Wooo hoo! That is such an awesome feeling. I unfortunately bought smaller jeans in the summer, and now my thighs are too big for them and not because they're fat. Boo!

Good for you!!! I used to weigh quite a bit more before I found spinning, and then re-found my love of outdoor riding next. I *never* thought I would be the size I am now... EVER. Then, it happened (I had to double check the jeans size in the dressing room twice lol). What a great feeling.

One diet support buddy of mine had this saying: "nothing tastes as good as being thin feels!".

Next time something is calling your name that you know is not really "worth it" (must be worthy to pass the lips in one of my rules), think about your new hot bootie skinny jeans... and how the success feels.

    Keep up the great work!

Congratulations to you! I'm feeling the same thing--recently lost 65 lbs. and am wearing the smallest jeans I've worn in 20 years. It feels SO good. When I'm tempted to overeat I just try to remember how proud I was when the first time I wore them! Let's keep it up!
