i was hoping the 119.5 from yesterday would stick but next week! i'm going to try an easy swim today and see how the knee responds. if that works i'll alternate with 30 minutes on trainer. Yoga is helping & food journaling is a huge help.
135 again this week. I can't stop yelling at myself, grrr. Gotta start paying attention.

I guess the 90 miles and one indoor spin (it is rain, rain, rain here) and one step aerobics helped (a little) 132.0 It sure is nice to have a reason to lose that last 5. Everyone's encouragement to everyone is great! Thanks.
