My knee really hurt last night, but it feels better this morning. I pulled out a knee brace thing I got when I moved to this house and wore it over night. It seemed the combination of cycling, walking upstairs in a house with 4 floors, walking/running on a hill, and cycling had gotten to me before.
It might be IT band. I did a lot roller stuff this morning and re-iced it, even though it's better. No cardio today! I lifted weights at home, stretched, etc. I have to plan my work outs differently this week, because I have a weekend course this weekend, Friday night until 10 and all day Sat. and Sun.. So, one weekend day will be a day off and I am hoping that I can squeeze in a run or short ride Sat. when i get home.
