Well, y'all have been busy!

I've been running through a nasty flu and cold but feel pretty good (except for the copious amounts of stuff coming out of my nose and lungs). Did 12 yesterday and then 10 today...I have a 25k "race" next weekend and then it's ramping up for a 50k May (and might do a trail marathon in April). I hope I can mentally stick with it. Luckily I've found a new running buddy...I just hope I can get him to do my really long training runs with me.
