You are SO right, it will be awesome. We cycled there for 10 days in 2007 and I remember asking you lots of questions back then and getting some great information! I could easily go back and stay for 2-3 months. Sigh...
Since I first posted this, I've been doing some more searching and I'm really having trouble finding anything really compelling to see once we've gone past Forcalquier and back along the southern side of the mountains. I'm starting to think maybe we should travel more slowly along through Bonnieux etc (we loved it there), on to the Rousslllon area, up the climb to Vacheres and then maybe loop back west around northern route towards Carpentras instead. I'll check into that. The nice thing about the route on my map is that it's super well marked and all on quiet roads.
Here's a link to the website. http://eng.veloloisirluberon.com/vel...our_du_luberon
I'd appreciate any more feedback if anyone has done this trip!
Thanks!
Looks like an awesome place, but sadly and bit too far north of where we'll be.
The map books look great! I have a few form my trip in 2007 but I am curious about the Luberon one. I wonder how long it would take to get to my house?
