I swear yesterday morning it was 241. It has been all week. We went out for DD's birthday dinner last night. I only had one Cheddar Bay Biscuit, too. Phooey.

196.8, I have been so careful counting calories and exercising this week I thought I would drop at least 2 pounds, at one point I was up 2 pounds. Yesterday I drank more water and I think that helped. On a positive note I think posting here is helping me stick to my eating plan. Congrats to all you losersnext week I hope to be one.
Reporting in with the same number. I still can't exercise but am doing well with my food intake. Never give up hope!
I am up 2 from 150 to 152I have been riding and running more so what the heck is going on. DH says I must be eating more because I should be losing weight. I have been keeping track of what I have been eating and I have not increased my calories at all. I will keep at it.
