I swear yesterday morning it was 241. It has been all week. We went out for DD's birthday dinner last night. I only had one Cheddar Bay Biscuit, too. Phooey.

Sorry I was so late with the chart this morning. I think I've gotten everyone so far.

196.8, I have been so careful counting calories and exercising this week I thought I would drop at least 2 pounds, at one point I was up 2 pounds. Yesterday I drank more water and I think that helped. On a positive note I think posting here is helping me stick to my eating plan. Congrats to all you losers next week I hope to be one.

I am up 2 from 150 to 152 I have been riding and running more so what the heck is going on. DH says I must be eating more because I should be losing weight. I have been keeping track of what I have been eating and I have not increased my calories at all. I will keep at it.

Never too late to join. Or to actually start, as I've yet to get my dang self serious about this. Lots of emotions running around these days, and they are not helpful. Plus, my dang bootcamp that was to start this past Tuesday postponed to this coming. Not like I needed that to get myself serious, but apparently I'm using it as an excuse!

I've added you in. Folks that join late, I just put whatever your present weight is down as your weight for all the prior weeks, to make the math easier. See, told you I was lazy.

I completely forgot to weigh in yesterday, but this morning I was exactly the same as the last two weeks - 137.8. I don't get it.

Time to re-evaluate what (and how much) I am eating. Clearly, what I'm doing is not working for me.

I'll leave it to you guys. What's worse, dealing with the dreaded PMS or the mid-life spread? Hard at first to take the "change", but now I can truly say, I am so over that!
