Another week at 155 for me.

Tucker Cat is doing well though. He's down to 16 pounds 8 ounces, so 16.5 for him.

    156 (conservatively and officially)

Yesterday, I weighed 155. I really try not to weigh everyday, but yesterday, I felt light. Just wanted to see. Today I'm up.

Steady at 142. My parents treated DH and I to Mexican Wednesday night so I am happy to not have gained. I didn't hold back because we haven't been out to eat in a while, even allowed myself the margarita (cringe at how many calories those have). But I have rode 70 miles this week which is impressive and helped my goals mentally and physically.

225 this morning for me. I was down a bit more, but have popped back up despite eating really well.

I'm skipping my WW meeting this week (for a long bike ride ), and that's where I get my "official" weight, so leave me the same for this week. I will weigh in next week.

    171.2

At first, this annoyed me. My first week with plenty of veggies, good calorie levels and consistent exercise and I lose only 0.6? But then it occurred to me that if I had a scale that only weighed in pounds (or even 0.5 lbs), I'd be reporting a 1 lb loss...so I'm ok with it.

The good news is that I am finally sleeping better, so I feel better. Here's to seeing a nice self-affirming drop next week!

    yuck, 135

That's up 2lbs. Most likely due to doc's orders of no running for two weeks. I better watch what I eat more carefully.
