    This is the one I was talking about. We haven't done much big time maintenance but a lot of bike washing. We did have a plastic piece crack on the first use, they replaced the whole stand and the replacement has gone strong for two years.

    I like that at 5'2" I can take it out and wash my bike because it is telescoping. Then DH can make it taller to accomodate himself at 6'2". It makes it one size fits all for us which we can't say about much.

    A couple of years ago I bought hubby the Park Tool stand. We've been very pleased with it.

    I've got this one by Park,


    Xmas present from DH. He thought I was nuts to ask for it, but now I keep his bike tuned. IMSHO, "folding" is really important so you can get it out of the way.
