My Jamis is J'Aimesh, my GT mountainbike was named (not by me but by a friend) "Jewish bike" because it was given to me by a Jewish friend who put a hebrew decal on the side of it (and I have no idea what it says but someone told me it says, "this pleases me", my old Giant Cadex is the Wee Giant (it's a smallish bike) and the one I just traded was the Booberry.

The new one that's coming will be named upon arrival, but I was thinking, "The Changeling."
